Early Childhood Teacher

Full-time.
$16 - $18 hourly.

About the Job:
Calvary Triad Academy is a private Christian school with an early learning center serving children ages 2 to 4. We are seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care, supervision, and age-appropriate learning experiences for children ages 2 to 4.
• Plan and lead activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and age-appropriate independence.
• Communicate professionally with parents and families about children's development and classroom activities.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
• Follow school policies and early childhood safety and care practices.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with an early childhood credential and significant preschool or early childhood experience will also be considered.
• Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, or early learning setting is preferred.
• Ability to provide a caring, patient, and supportive environment for young children.
• Commitment to working in a faith-based educational environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time.
• Monday-Friday.
