Description:Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time| 12 hour Shift 5a-5p or 5p-5a
Auburn Village, 1751 Wesley Road, Auburn, IN (Just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne)

What We Offer
Competitive Pay : $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen
Sign-On Bonus :
$5/hour up to $10,000
Respiratory Unit Bonus : Additional $1/hour
$4/hr Shift Differential for Night Shift
Mileage Reimbursement : For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)
Health Insurance : 6 months of individual coverage for full-time nurses is reimbursed when opted into insurance

Responsibilities:
Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
Excellent documentation

Requirements:
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Exceptional critical thinking skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
