Power Platform Developer

Our client is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to design, build, and enhance solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging Power Platform, SharePoint, and emerging AI capabilities like Copilot. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps Build and maintain SharePoint-based solutions and integrations Create Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages for internal and external users Integrate data and systems using Dataverse, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 services Develop automation and workflows to improve business processes and data access Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Support and enhance Copilot Studio and AI-driven solutions Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and best practices Test, document, and validate applications and automation workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent experience 3–6 years of Microsoft SharePoint solution development experience 2–3 years building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Logic Apps 1–2 years working with connectors/data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, M365) Strong understanding of Power Apps formulas and development practices Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations within the M365 ecosystem Familiarity with M365 Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agent usage Exposure to Copilot Studio or conversational/agent-based solutions preferred Knowledge of Power Platform governance (environments, security, ALM, connection references) Experience with PowerShell scripting Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, or ALM processes preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Nice to Have Experience with Power BI and data visualization DAX experience for custom analytics solutions Experience testing and validating AI or Copilot-enabled solutions EEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
