Position Summary

The Commercial Glass & Glazing Professional is responsible for the installation of curtain wall, storefront, impact-rated glazing systems, and other commercial glass products on projects ranging from retail spaces to mid- and high-rise buildings. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, and fellow installers to deliver work that meets our high standards for safety, quality, and precision. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, and takes pride in completing projects that stand out in the Southwest Florida skyline.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Install commercial glazing systems, curtain wall, storefront, entrances, and glass panels according to project specifications
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions
• Measure, cut, and assemble glass and aluminum framing with precision
• Operate power tools, lifts, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with field supervisors and other trades to maintain project timelines
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and jobsite protocols
• Troubleshoot installation issues and communicate solutions to supervisors
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of job sites and company tools

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of commercial glass and glazing installation experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and shop drawings
• Knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and impact-rated glazing systems
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and work at heights using lifts and scaffolding
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
