About the Role
The Company is seeking a Treasury Management Officer with a focus on real estate banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new treasury management business, maintaining client relationships, and leveraging deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute localized market and product strategies. This role requires a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial solutions. Key responsibilities include growing revenue through prospecting and sourcing new business, creating strategic dialogues with clients, and collaborating with various internal teams to provide integrated treasury solutions. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in cash management, sales, and relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Applicants for the Treasury Management Officer position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding a Certified Treasury Professional designation. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to develop strong working relationships, and a proactive approach to managing non-credit risk for the customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of developing new business, a strong understanding of treasury service products, and the ability to represent the client perspective in the development of complex financial solutions.
