Not Perfection, But Passion...That Is What We Are Looking For!

In This Role You Will:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting (paid training provided)
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
• Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
• Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
• Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job. (We provide PPE, caregiver communication tools and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups.)
• Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and written with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

• Availability: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM
• Pay: Up to $22.00/hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program

Responsibility

2+

• Serve as an assigned BlueSprig Buddy to support and welcome new hires to the center and through their training.
• Provide services across a wider range of client profiles within their assigned center.
• Must be an active RBT with 6 months experience

3+

• Provides services across all clients within their assigned center
• Provides service coverage across multiple center locations (i.e. substituting for direct therapy coverage at a different center than their assigned location).
• Must be an active RBT with 12 months experience

4+

• After completing Trainer Training, assists with new hire and ongoing BT/RBT Training.
• Will serve as a qualified team member working independently to oversee a center in times of low capacity or opening and closing of center.
