Social Services Worker

Pressley Ridge seeks a Social Services Worker to provide trauma-informed, family-centered support to children, youth, and families. In this role, you will deliver case management, supportive counseling, and service coordination across behavioral health, foster care, specialized education, and community-based programs. You will complete assessments, develop service plans, advocate in schools and community systems, and respond to crises. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll receive regular supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth while helping families build safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
