AI/GenAI advisory or consulting experience

Role Summary
Advises Intel business teams on identifying, shaping, and prioritizing agentic use cases for Finance, Marketing, and HR. Assesses fit against reusable agents, defines agent specifications and business KPIs, and works as a forward-deployed consultant translating business needs into agent contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct use case discovery workshops with Intel business SMEs.
Assess complexity, feasibility, ROI, and reuse potential; map to the 300+ agent library.
Define agent scope, personas, workflows, success KPIs, and adoption strategy.
Support solutioning and value articulation for leadership approvals.
Partner with architects and developers to convert business needs into agent specifications.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills
AI/GenAI advisory or consulting experience with agentic use cases.
Strong workshop facilitation and CXO-level communication.
Business KPI mapping and value-case articulation.
Understanding of Gemini Enterprise / Vertex AI capabilities.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills
Domain fluency in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
Experience with Google Marketplace agents and reuse frameworks.
Design-thinking and solution-consulting background.

Experience & Certifications
10+ years consulting with 3+ years in AI/GenAI advisory.
Relevant AI/Cloud certification preferred.
Must be able to work onsite in the USA aligned to Intel hours.
