Learning Design Assistant (Part-time, 20 hours)

Summary of Position

Provide instructional design technology and learning services to support organizational education training and development initiatives. Work as a collaborative member of the education team to improve employee knowledge skills and attitudes toward increased productivity and performance outcomes. Assists in the management of the organizations Learning Management System.

Requirements

Education and Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Experience in project management technology or adult learning preferred.

• Excellent computer literacy (specifically in instructional design technologies such as Microsoft Office. Experience in Articulate 360 Adobe Creative Cloud Camtasia preferred)
• Excellent organization and planning abilities

• Project management skills
• Flexible hours including evenings/weekends to meet education needs of various departments; limited travel may be required to attend required conferences.
