Job Summary

Level Up Sourcing LLC is seeking a dependable Material Handler with forklift experience for a plastics manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX.

This is an active, hands-on production support position responsible for keeping production areas supplied with the raw materials and supplies needed to maintain daily operations.

This is not primarily a forklift driver, loader/unloader, or order-picking position. Forklift experience is required because the employee will operate a forklift as needed to move and position materials throughout the facility.

Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical work for the majority of the shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supply production areas with raw materials and supplies needed for daily operations
• Monitor material levels and replenish production areas before supplies run out
• Move, stage, and organize materials and pallets throughout the facility
• Safely operate a forklift when needed to move or position materials
• Mix and prepare raw materials according to production requirements
• Follow established measurements, formulas, and instructions when preparing materials
• Assist with covering production breaks as needed
• Maintain clean and organized production and material areas
• Perform general cleanup and housekeeping throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety procedures and facility requirements
• Communicate material shortages, production needs, or equipment concerns to supervisors
• Perform additional production-support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Previous material handling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to follow measurements, formulas, written instructions, and production procedures
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Must be dependable with reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently while supporting the production team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and detail
• Stable work history strongly preferred
