Job Summary and Responsibilities: The cardiac cath lab RN, under supervision of the Supervisor of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Director of CV services, is responsible for performing the daily operations for the cardiac cath lab. The CCL RN is responsible for direct and indirect patient care, assists the Physician during procedures, responsible to circulate cases, scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures and hemodynamic monitoring. Patient care functions will be performed in accordance with the nurse practice act in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization. Provides patient education of cath lab procedures.
