Front Desk Associate at Coopertown The Original Airboat Tour!
We are looking for a reliable, organized, professional and customer focused front desk representative to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional attitude - Managing reservations and providing information about our tours and services. - Handling cash transactions and operating basic computer systems. - Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area. - Multitasking in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. - Ensuring excellent customer service while addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
For this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility. - Comfort working outdoors and adapting to changing weather conditions. - Basic computer proficiency and cash-handling experience.
