Chuck Colvin Ford Nissan is hiring a Certified Ford Technician to join our service team in McMinnville, Oregon. We're looking for a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics and quality repairs. This is a full-time position with a stable schedule, strong pay, and a benefits package built to support you and your family long-term.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles per factory standards
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs and diagnose customer concerns
• Document all work performed clearly in our service management system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay
• Communicate professionally with service advisors on repair status and findings

• Ford factory certification preferred; ASE certification a plus
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Own tools appropriate for the position
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
