ARCH Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice that specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment. Our proven manual treatment techniques combined with evidence-based individualized programs are designed to maximize performance.
From the athlete specializing in his/her respective sport to the older patient striving to maintain an active lifestyle, ARCH Physical Therapy will help you to achieve your goals.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage .
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Review physician referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy
- Deliver direct patient care following established protocols and best‑practice guidelines
- Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
- Oversee care provided by PT assistants and rehab technicians
- Establish goals and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs to achieve them
- Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance representatives
- Complete required reporting, including workers’ compensation updates and incident documentation
- Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or upcoming Physical Therapy state of MI license and CPR certification
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,
