Job Description: Role Descriptions: Design| develop| maintain| and support mainframe applications.Work with technologies such as COBOL| JCL| DB2| VSAM| CICS.Perform analysis| coding| testing| and debugging of applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts| QA| and production support.Perform batch processing and online transaction processing enhancements.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.Participate in system upgrades| migrations| and modernization efforts.Follow SDLC processes including Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Ensure adherence to coding standards| security guidelines| and compliance requirements.Required SkillsStrong experience in:COBOL programmingJCL (Job Control Language)DB2 (SQL| stored procedures)VSAM| CICSExperience in mainframe debugging and performance tuningKnowledge of batch processing and scheduling tools (e.g.| Control-M| CA7)Understanding of z/OS environmentGood problem-solving and analytical skills Essential Skills: Mainframe Desirable Skills:
