Admissions Representative Registrar

This is a Per Diem Position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. Reporting to the Director of Access Services and the Admitting/Communications Assistant, the Admitting Representative registers and admits patients ensuring adherence to specific departmental policies and procedures.

Corona Regional Medical Center began in 1965 with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. The hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties.

Qualifications Minimum Essential Experience: One year previous experience as an Admitting Representative or medical receptionist preferred. Computer experience preferred. Required Licensure / Certifications: Assaultive Behavior Management certificate required within 90 days from date of hire.
