This contract opportunity is based near Katy, TX, and focuses on onsite speech-language pathology for the school year through June 2027. Licensed, credentialed SLP-CCCs with a solid background in school settings will thrive in supporting diverse caseloads, collaborating closely with educational teams, and making a lasting impact.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• At least one year of previous experience in a school environment is essential
• Strong preference for experience working with self-contained classrooms or early childhood centers
• Ability to work effectively across multiple campus locations
• No educator credential required; however, school-based experience is a must
• Must be able to work onsite (remote/virtual services not considered for this position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students at elementary or secondary levels (with some roles splitting time between two campuses)
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Effectively manage a diverse caseload drawn from multiple school settings
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet a wide range of student needs, including in self-contained and early childhood classrooms if needed
