Registered Nurse - Day Shift, Collaborative Care

Penn Medicine

Penn Medicine is a leading academic medical center that emphasizes patient care, research, and education. The Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague will work as an RN partnering with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and meet professional practice standards.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care, coordination with the care team, and ongoing education for patients and families. On-call responsibilities and day-shift hours are required as outlined.
