As an Early Childhood Teacher at the Primrose School of Gambrills, you'll create a fun and safe learning environment for young children who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you'll help lay the foundation for the school setting as you implement and ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning.

Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

It provides clear daily plans so you can focus your time in the classroom on forming connections with the children—and spend your time outside of school focused on yourself. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
