About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current unencumbered RN license required Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: PCU and basic EKG experience preferred Description: The Progressive Care Unit provides direct care for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable with an elevated risk for instability. The unit offers care through advanced knowledge and experience. It is equipped to provide advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions for patients. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to regulatory compliance requirements.
