Lennox International is seeking an HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator in Richardson, TX. You will support hourly recruiting and onboarding, move requisitions, offers, and onboarding activity forward, and provide a welcoming, professional candidate experience from approval through day one. The role requires a two-year degree in HR or equivalent, 5+ years in related roles, ATS experience (iCIMS preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills.
