divh2Dimensional Inspector / QC Technician/h2pThe Quality Control Inspector ensures components meet engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and cosmetic standards. This role performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections, documents results, and works with production and engineering teams to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality./pulliPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of thermoformed and molded plastic components./liliVerify part dimensions, features, and cosmetic requirements against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards./liliInspect plastic components such as equipment enclosures, radomes, aircraft interior panels, and molded housings./liliIdentify and document manufacturing defects including warping, incomplete forming, surface imperfections, trim deviations, and dimensional nonconformances./liliUse inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and inspection fixtures./liliRecord inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports./liliGenerate nonconformance reports (NCRs) and communicate quality issues to production and engineering teams./liliSupport first article inspections and verification of new production runs or tooling setups./liliMonitor production quality and escalate recurring issues or trends to the quality team./liliAssist with internal audits and support compliance with applicable quality management systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100 where applicable)./li/ululli2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment./liliAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional specifications./liliExperience using precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers./liliStrong attention to detail and ability to identify dimensional and cosmetic defects./liliGood documentation skills and familiarity with inspection reporting practices./li/ululliExperience inspecting plastic components, thermoformed parts, or molded products./liliExperience working in aerospace, electronics, plastics, or industrial manufacturing environments./liliFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems./liliKnowledge of basic GDT principles and first article inspection processes./li/ul/div
