Patient Concierge for Maternal-Fetal Care

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Liaison for the Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic at Lake Forest Hospital. This full-time, onsite role supports scheduling, patient communication, and care coordination Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
