As a member of the Social, Creator & Earned team, you will collaborate closely with leaders and teams across Publicis Groupe to create strategic, go-to-market solutions that harness the power of Publicis’ unique capabilities, accelerating growth for clients

About the Role

We're looking for a visionary leader to define and build a next-generation Community Engagement capability at Publicis Creative. As social platforms evolve from publishing channels into participation platforms, brands need new ways to foster conversation, cultivate advocates, and build communities that create lasting business value.

This leader willestablishthe vision, operating model, methodologies, and team that help our clients move beyond content calendars and community management toward sustained community participation. They will partner across strategy, creative, creator, social intelligence, paid media, and earned to ensure community is designed into every idea not managed after it launches.

This is both a client-facing leadership role and a capability-building role, responsiblefor defining what best-in-class community engagement looks like for Publicis Creative.

What You'll Build

• Define the vision,methodology, and operating model for Community Engagement.

• Establish scalable frameworks for community strategy,participationdesign, governance, moderation, advocacy, and engagement.

• Build and lead a high-performing team that supports clients across industries and platforms.

• Develop proprietary products, playbooks, and tools that differentiate our offering and can scale across the Groupe.

• Partner with Social Intelligence to translate audience signals into engagement strategies and ongoing community programming.

• Create measurement frameworks that evaluate community health, participation, advocacy, loyalty, and business impact—not just engagement metrics.

• Stay ahead of emerging platform behaviors, internet culture, AI, and community technologies to continuously evolve the capability.

Client Leadership

• Advise senior clients on how to build enduring communities rather than transactional audiences.

• Develop participation strategies that turn campaigns into ongoing conversations.

• Design engagement ecosystems spanning owned communities, creators, social platforms, customer care, and brand advocacy.

• Partner with creative teams toensureevery campaign has a clear participation strategy frominception.

• Work alongside Creator Leads to activate creators as community builders—not simply content producers.

• Lead community responses around cultural moments, launches, partnerships, andissuesmanagement.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience leading community, social, digital engagement, brand marketing, or creator ecosystems.

• Demonstratedsuccessbuilding new capabilities, teams, or practices.

• Deep understanding of internet culture, platform behaviors, online communities, and emerging social technologies.

• Experienceadvisingsenior marketing executives and leading transformational client relationships.

• Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional executional instincts.

• A builder's mindset, with the ability to create new products, processes, and ways of working from the ground up.

• Passion for creating brands thatdon'tsimply speak to communities—but activelyparticipatein them.

Compensation Range: USD $159,695.00 - USD $255,645.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
