RECEPTIONIST (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Position: Receptionist (Full time) Location: MDT, 6743 Southpoint Dr N., Jacksonville, FL 32216 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Must be able to work occasional weekends. Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Properly greet and handle visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact throughout the interaction, addressing guests by name when possible. Answer telephones in a friendly, professional manner, take accurate messages and appropriately handle or refer questions and requests. Handle on‑floor conference room activities, using the reservations system, and be aware of meeting start/end times, attendees, food and beverage orders, and advise staff of status changes or special requests. Implement established security policies and procedures for arriving and departing visitors, contractors, delivery persons, etc. Act as a Hospitality Services resource to guests, visitors, and employees by providing way‑finding and amenities information. Handle car service requests for visitors and staff members. Communicate requests to internal support departments such as building maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two to three years of experience in a client‑service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment. Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment, including proficiency with MS Office Suite.
