Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of heavy civil and bridge construction projects, ensuring alignment with contract documents, schedule, and budget Champion a safety‑first culture, ensuring full compliance with safety policies and procedures Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and field teams to develop and maintain project schedules Manage project startup and documentation, including submittals, logs, budgets, and cost tracking Oversee cost control, forecasting, and change order management Coordinate daily operations with Superintendents to maintain productivity and project milestones Lead weekly project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders Review and approve pay applications, subcontractor scopes, and project deliverables Support project closeout, including final documentation, punch list completion, and client turnover Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 8+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong focus on bridge and infrastructure projects Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and field operations on complex civil projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain) Key Attributes Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse project teams Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package (Bonus, 401K, Pension) Relocation assistance available Opportunities for long‑term growth on large‑scale infrastructure projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
