Sourcebooks seeks an Editorial Assistant for Kwame Alexander Books to support a growing children’s list. You will read manuscripts, assist with acquisitions materials, and coordinate with design, editorial, marketing, and production teams to move titles from concept to publication. Role requires strong writing, organization, and data analysis skills, plus a passion for children’s books across picture book to YA.
