Job Classification: Investment Management – Investments PGIM: 2027 Private Credit, Summer Investment Analyst Program Locations: Newark, NJ; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Minneapolis, MN Program Dates: Monday, June 7th – Friday, August 13th, 2027 Your Day to Day Our Private Credit Summer Analyst Program hosts interns across various teams including Corporate Finance, Real Assets, Alternatives, Workouts/Restructuring, and Loan Sourcing/Syndication. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Conducting industry and company research Creating financial models Writing investment recommendations Conducting portfolio and credit monitoring Preparing marketing materials Benefits & Learning Opportunities Challenging and interesting work – one of the largest investors in the private capital markets On‑the‑job experience alongside formal and structured training on foundational principles and industry fundamentals Part of a large, vibrant, and diverse global cohort of analysts Direct, daily partnership with senior‑level investment professionals on small teams Collaborative and collegial team environment where contributions have major impact Exposure to a range of industries including manufacturing, service, distribution, renewable power, and infrastructure Direct exposure to senior executives at portfolio and prospect companies A fast‑paced learning environment and work‑life balance Required Qualifications Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or a 5th‑year master’s program with graduation between December 2027 and May 2028 Minimum 3.0 GPA required All majors welcome; preference for candidates with experience or interest in financial markets Excellent analytical and writing skills Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
