• 23+ years in agency recruitment or consultative sales is essential.
• A strong inclination towards understanding healthcare or a willingness to learn as we provide guidance.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (training on our system will be provided).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a long-term vision for growth.
