Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Certificate of Clearance (COC) for California
- Experience with preschool-aged children in a school setting
- Familiarity with SEIS preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to preschool students
- Implement evidence-based intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in SEIS and other systems
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth through innovative therapy sessions
- Receive competitive hourly pay between $60 and $65
