Waterproofing ConsultantA multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant to help expand their roofing and wall design services in Austin, TX.Your day includes:Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systemsConducting condition assessments and preparing remedial designs for commercial and residential buildingsOverseeing construction administration to ensure quality, compliance, and successful project deliveryPerforming forensic investigations to identify causes of water intrusion and building envelope failuresMust haves:Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related disciplineExpertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferredExperience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildingsIn addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
