About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab required License: Compact or LA license required Certifications: ACLS & BLS required Must-Have: - Diagnostic cardiac cath lab & interventional cardiac cath lab experience required - Epic experience required - First-time travelers with good experience in Cath Lab will be accepted Description: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an "Emergency Team." There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract, you accept the above conditions. You will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event were to occur. You should not apply for this role if you are not comfortable with the above conditions. You will need to be on call for a minimum of 10 days per month, including 2 weekends. References are not required for submission; however, 2 manager or supervisor references will be required to obtain clearance to start the contract. NURSYS reports must be sent with your profile and must be up to date (within 4 weeks of submission date).
