Project Quality Expert Ramp-Up (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabengebiet Verantwortung für die Kundenqualität mit direkter Schnittstelle zur Volkswagen Group inkl. Steuerung von Reklamationen und Eskalationen. Planung, Koordination und Durchführung der Bemusterung sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Kundenfreigabe nach VW-Vorgaben. Sicherstellung der präventiven Qualitätsplanung entlang des Produktentstehungsprozesses (APQP/PEP). Überwachung der Reifegradabsicherung und Vorbereitung der Serienfreigabe sowie Unterstützung im Anlauf. Analyse, Steuerung und Reporting von Qualitäts-KPIs inkl. Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Entscheidungsvorlagen. Koordination aller qualitätsrelevanten Schnittstellen zwischen Kunde, internen Bereichen und Lieferanten. Früherkennung von Risiken und Abweichungen sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Dein Profil Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Kundenqualität im Automotive-Umfeld. Idealerweise im Bereich E-Mobility / Batteriesysteme. Fundierte Kenntnisse der VW-spezifischen Anforderungen sowie Erfahrung mit relevanten Systemen (z. B. BeOn, CSR, Formel Q). Sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden und Standards (z. B. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949). Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke. Analytisches Denkvermögen. Sichere Englischkenntnisse.
