Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered care to PCU patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Monitor patient status, interpret assessments, and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document accurately in the medical record and communicate updates to the health care team and families.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and transition of care as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain per state requirements.
- Ability to practice in a PCU/critical care–adjacent setting and work the Night shift (3x12).
- Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and commitment to patient safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of nursing standards of practice and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and meet any facility credentialing requirements.
