Independent Living Coach — In-Home Support

Trinity Services, Inc. seeks an Independent Living Coach to support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness in their homes and community settings. You will coach individuals toward personal goals, promote independence, and ensure health and safety while fostering dignity. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with locations in Joliet, Elwood, and Frankfort. Training is provided with paid certifications to maintain CPR/First Aid and Safety Care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Services, Inc.
