Senior Commercial Leak Detection & Repair Supervisor

Location: Minnesota RMM (Service) Division

Compensation: $40 – $50 per hour, based on experience

Is this you?

• Do you prefer fast-moving service calls over long production installs?
• Can you spot the source of a leak across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, or modified bitumen—and fix it right the first time?
• Are you comfortable leading a 1–2 person crew while staying hands-on?
• Do you communicate clearly with facility managers and owners and document work in a mobile app?
• Are you safety-driven and fluent in OSHA practices?

What you’ll do

• Perform investigations, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial roofing systems.
• Scope, price (as applicable), and document repairs with photos and notes.
• Lead and mentor a small service team while completing work alongside them.
• Spot and communicate additional service opportunities during site visits.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Work safely, adhering to OSHA and company safety procedures.

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).
• Ability to independently locate and repair roof leaks.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• OSHA knowledge and strong safety awareness.
• Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reports.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew preferred.
