ARE YOU THE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Current HVAC EPA Universal license

Experience with ServiceTitan, leadership or management skills, gas and oil licenses, strong complex thinking and collaborative abilities, as well as ductwork experience are preferred.

YOUR AVERAGE DAY

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM . You'll dispatch directly from home to your assigned job site.

In this role, you'll lead on-site installation teams, ensuring systems are installed according to plans and specifications. You'll handle piping, refrigeration lines, controls, and electrical connections, while coordinating with other trades to maintain project timelines and safety standards. Your leadership will be key to delivering high-quality results.
