Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Missoula, MT, responsible for leading day-to-day retail operations. This role includes supervising and coaching staff, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring an engaging, welcoming customer experience. The Store Manager oversees merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation to maintain REVOLVR’s curated look and feel. Daily responsibilities also involve handling scheduling, cash management, basic reporting, and adherence to loss prevention procedures. The Store Manager collaborates with leadership to meet sales goals, support local marketing initiatives, and uphold the brand’s standards of service and value. Qualifications Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction. Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership. Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operational oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic cash handling procedures. Previous retail or boutique management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control. Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and assisting with light physical tasks. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
