The Sous Chef / Line Cook plays a crucial role in our small kitchen team, supporting efficient daily operations and maintaining excellent standards in food preparation and presentation. This position requires someone experienced who can manage their station confidently and contribute to a smooth-running kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards
• Manage assigned station and maintain organization
• Control inventory and assist with stock management
• Ensure food quality and consistency in every dish
• Maintain sanitation and kitchen safety at all times
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a small kitchen (under 5)
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders promptly
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment regularly
• Focus on appealing food presentation
