Independent SaaS Sales Representative (1099 Commission Only)

Knock Serve Sign is a newly launched SaaS platform built specifically for the process-serving industry. Created by a working process server, the platform helps independent process servers and process-serving companies manage jobs, document service attempts, communicate with clients, generate declarations, manage invoicing, and operate their businesses from one streamlined platform.

We are looking for established independent sales representatives interested in adding Knock Serve Sign to the products and services they currently represent. This is a remote, independent contractor (1099), commission-only opportunity. It is not a salaried or hourly employee position.

We are specifically interested in experienced, self-directed sales professionals who already operate independently and are comfortable developing and managing their own sales opportunities. Independent representatives determine their own schedules, sales methods, and work locations. There are no required working hours or exclusive territories, and representatives are free to sell or represent products and services for other companies. Knock Serve Sign will provide product information, demonstration materials, and support necessary to accurately represent the platform to prospective customers.

Independent representatives currently earn:

• $100 commission for each new paying customer, payable after that customer's second monthly subscription payment successfully clears.
• A $10 monthly residual commission for each customer they bring to Knock Serve Sign for up to 36 months, provided that customer remains an active paying subscriber.
• One customer can therefore generate up to $460 in total commissions.

There is no cap on the number of customers a representative may bring to Knock Serve Sign and no cap on commissions earned. This opportunity does not include a salary, hourly wage, draw, employee benefits, or guaranteed compensation.

We are particularly interested in people who:

• Currently operate as an independent sales representative, independent agent, manufacturer's representative, fractional sales professional, or other self-employed B2B salesperson.
• Have experience selling SaaS, technology, professional services, legal services, business services, or other B2B products.
• Are comfortable prospecting and developing their own business opportunities.
• Can learn a straightforward SaaS platform and clearly demonstrate its value to small-business owners.
• Have experience communicating directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Are interested in adding another recurring-revenue product to their existing sales portfolio.

Experience selling legal technology or working with the process-serving industry is helpful but not required.

This opportunity is designed for independent sales professionals. You decide when, where, and how you conduct your sales activities. There are no required shifts or minimum weekly hours. Representatives are not required to work exclusively for Knock Serve Sign and may continue representing other companies and products. Independent representatives are responsible for their own business expenses, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes.

United States only. Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to perform independent contractor work in the United States. The opportunity is remote. Knock Serve Sign is based in the Seattle, Washington area, but representatives may operate from anywhere in the United States.

Applicants selected to represent Knock Serve Sign will enter into a written independent sales representative agreement describing commissions, residuals, customer attribution, payment terms, and the independent contractor relationship. The compensation described in this posting reflects Knock Serve Sign's current independent sales representative program. Knock Serve Sign may modify its commission program prospectively. Applicable commission terms will be detailed in the independent sales representative agreement.
