Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity calls for a Clinical Pharmacist to support outpatient infusion services within a well-established healthcare setting in Gainesville, GA. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients requiring infusion therapies. The position requires managing clinical pharmacy operations with a focus on sterile compounding and infusion protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in sterile compounding and IV room activities
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy for infusion patients
• Utilize the EPIC system for documentation and medication management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Monitor patient outcomes and provide clinical interventions as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Georgia Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience, specifically with sterile compounding and infusion services
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Contract Details:

• 6-month assignment, beginning ASAP
• Local candidates preferred; however, candidates open to travel may be considered
