Assistant Manager

Role Overview As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and automotive services, educating guests on vehicle maintenance, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will help develop team members and promote a high-performance environment to differentiate the service experience. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment under pressure, proficiency with KPI data, and schedule flexibility are essential. High school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, and working in various conditions are required.
