Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $650,000 annually
• Annual incentive bonus: Up to $25,000 based on quality metrics
• Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours + 40 hours NJ sick leave
• CME: 5 paid CME days per year + $4,500 annually for CME and professional expenses
• Relocation: Reimbursement up to $10,000

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient maternal fetal medicine consultations at two locations (Pomona and Atlantic City)
• Cover inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, NJ, including a Level III NICU with 22 beds and private postpartum rooms
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and the broader care team to manage high-risk pregnancies
• Support remote patient monitoring for conditions such as diabetes and hypotension
• Utilize advanced EMR systems including Cerner and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting and documentation
• Participate in rotating call schedules, including nights and weekends, to ensure continuous patient care
• Contribute to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in maternal and neonatal health

What You Need

• Current Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Valid medical license in New Jersey or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 3+ years of Fetal Medicine experience preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
