Job Description Uni Care At Home is committed to providing the best in‑home care for San Diego County clients. We are especially dedicated to you, our caregivers, who help us provide that care. We look for qualified candidates in San Diego County to help senior adults with their ADL’s, including companionship, personal care, grooming, meal preparation, running errands, etc. If you can provide personal needs of our clients with dedication and commitment, we would like you. Starting rate for this position is $20–$24/hour. We seek caregivers to provide services to clients who have a preference for same‑sex caregivers. Position Requirements I-9 Verification Documents (Driver's License and Social Security Card) HomeCareAide (HCA) Registry through the state of California Current TB test (within 1 year or physical within 5 years) Physical exam within 6 months Valid vehicle registration (preferred) Valid car insurance (preferred) High school GED/Diploma not required Good listening skills Strong communication skills Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs Must have reliable transportation 1 year verifiable work experience in home care or facilities providing bathing, personal care and transfers for patients CNAs must also be registered as an HCA (this includes any students enrolled in CNA program) Must have Live Scan and a physical (within 6 months) COVID vaccination is not required but preferred How to Apply Please follow the prompts found within this application to apply.
