Job Details Job Location: AZ - PALM GLEN CENTER - D4 - Phoenix, AZ 85051 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year A Talent Development specialist develops, implements, and administers training programs that evaluate, measure, and improve team member performance. A Talent Development Specialist designs training strategies and processes that measure outcomes for new hires, identify areas for improvement, and align new hires to organizational goals. They also Identify the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve performance improvements. Lastly, a Talent Development Specialist encourages culture and foster our mission by implementing tools, training, and communication. Preferred Qualities: Bilingual Retail or customer-facing sales experience Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and Microsoft Teams Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead Excellent verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
