Overview Sentara Virginia Beach is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the M/S Telemetry Neuro/Stroke Unit, 2 East. New graduates are welcome. Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for experienced nurses or $7,500 for new grads. Unit Description The 21‑bed medical/surgical/telemetry stroke unit (2 East Neuro) emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care. Nurses may pursue NIHSS (Stroke Certified) designation and will receive support for continuing education and certification reimbursements. Certification Virginia or compact multistate RN license in good standing. BLS certification required within 90 days of hire. Experience Experienced RN’s and new graduates are welcome.
