Hybrid TPA Claims Governance Specialist

Zurich North America is seeking a seasoned claims operations professional to oversee TPAs and TravelGuard collaboration. You will audit claim handling, approve beyond-TPA authority, review appeals, and drive improvements in service levels and cost efficiency. You will report into the North American Claims offices and contribute to governance, regulatory adherence, and partnerships with TravelGuard and other providers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zurich North America
