Recruiting Coordinator

KinderCare is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring for our early childhood education centers. In this role, you will post jobs, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate pre-employment steps to ensure a smooth candidate experience. You’ll partner with center leaders and HR to meet staffing needs while maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system. This position supports KinderCare’s mission by helping hire caring, qualified educators who enrich children’s learning in a safe, inclusive environment with room for your own professional growth.
