SAP Commissions (Callidus) SPM Specialist
Responsible for the development, administration, and training of the SAP Commissions (Callidus) SPM software application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform data integration, object mapping, ETL, data analysis, reporting design, stored procedures, stagehooks, and other automated integrations.
Manage all UI configurations including user administration, global settings, process configuration, maintenance, customizations, and system preferences.
Create integration design specification documents (IDSD) and commissions design specification documents (CDSD).
Process data imports and migrations via pipeline runs, CDL, etc.
Work closely with the sales operations and commissions teams to map company business requirements.
Unit test all developed work - ETE, SIT, UAT, functional, regression with test scenarios.
Work as an SPM specialist to complete the implementation of the SAP Commission application.
Design, build, test, deploy, and document new or revised compensation plans, categories and classifications, rules, variables, formulas, lookup tables, etc.
Migrate all plans, components, rules, objects, tables, etc. from multiple environments.
