Clinical Pharmacist: Patient Care & Drug Therapy Leader

El Rio Health in Tucson is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join its interdisciplinary clinic team. The Pharmacist will disburse medications, counsel patients, and contribute to medication safety and therapy management in coordination with physicians and other health professionals.
The role emphasizes adherence to HIPAA, 340B program considerations, and compliance with Joint Commission standards, with duties spanning drug interactions review, dosing evaluation, and patient education.
